The excitement is high as you board your overnight flight from South Africa to Denpasar, Bali, for an unforgettable journey that matters.
25 May – Ubud
You arrive in Denpasar and transfer to Ubud, famous for its tranquility and lush green surroundings. Perfect for rejuvenating your body and mind. You will be transferred to Bagus Jati, Bali’s Premier Health and Wellbeing Spa Retreat, is set in five hectares of hillside gardens amongst the tropical forests in Ubud.

26 May – Malabar Rejuvenation treatment (meals included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
After a leisurely start you can enjoy your breakfast surrounded by stunning views at the villa’s restaurant. Today you will have a well-deserved spa treatment after a long flight, Malabar Rejuvenation. This treatment is designed to balance all doshas, conducted by two therapists in a special rhythmic way. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure.
27 May – Balinese Cooking Class (meals included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Today you will learn how to cook a traditional Balinese dish. Start by visiting the farm to get to know the main ingredients used in Balinese cuisine. Your class will be held in the villa’s traditional kitchen where you will experience how to cook like a local.
28 May – Shirodhara treatment (meals included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
During the day you will enjoy your second treatment, Shirodhara. Shiro means head and Dhara means flow of liquid. Specially prepared lukewarm herbal oil is poured on the forehead and head continuously followed by a scalp massage. This treatment is effective for insomnia, loss of memory, headache, cerebral atrophy and hair loss.
29 May – Jungle Trekking or Village Cycling (meals included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Enjoy nature at its best! Experience the magnificent variety of flora and fauna that inhabit the forests surrounding the valley around the resort. You may have the chance to have a glimpse at some monkeys in their natural habitat, while the chirping of a thousand birds composes a melodious symphony of natural sounds. Your friendly guide will point out tropical trees and other plants, such as wild Orchids and Pakis ferns, the latter ones are frequently used in Balinese cuisine as vegetables.
Accompanied by an experienced guide, you will ride to Pisang village, where you can see the local artists sculpting the sandstone. Continuing your trip to Taro village you’ll visit the Balinese oldest Hindu temple and see the sacred white cows. From here you will ride through a route surrounded by green rice paddy fields. You end your tour by having a well-deserved picnic lunch in a traditional hut.
30 May – Abhyanga treatment (meals included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Abhyanga is an ayurvedic detoxifying oil massage, applied on the whole body to nourish the skin. The oil deeply penetrates the cells to release the toxins.
31 May - Bali/Cape Town (meal included: Breakfast & Lunch)
Sadly, it is time to leave Indonesia and board your overnight flight from Bali to South Africa.

You arrive in South Africa.

-Free joining of the daily retreat activities according to schedule (nature walk, aqua aerobic, ‘Jamu’ traditional drink class, making ‘Canang’ and Balinese offer, Balinese dance lesson, Spa recipe class) – three hours in advance booking is required
